In just a few weeks, Upstream BJJ will be hosting a workshop with Lucas Lepri Brown Belt Dean Lewis. Dean is a multiple time No Gi Pan Am Champion, a No Gi World Champion at Purple Belt and a Pan Am Silver Medalist at Brown Belt. We are excited to learn from Dean! JT Torres Seminar Raffle
This February, ADCC Champion and grappling phenom JT Torres will be teaching a seminar in Raleigh. This seminar is organized by Roll Forever, an organization that promotes Jiu Jitsu in the region, sponsors athletes and puts on high quality seminars with elite athletes in Virginia and North Carolina.
